What happens when I clicked the Checkout PayPal button?
You will be directed to a PayPal site to proceed your checkout. You need to login to your Paypal account to make a payment.

What happens when I clicked the Buy Now button?
This button are to be clicked by buyers who do not own a Paypal account and prefer to purchase via credit/debit card. You will be directed to Payloadz website and please follow the instructions carefully. You will instantly get the file once you have made a payment.

What happens after I purchased the template I want?
You will instantly get your purchased template via email. The email will contain a download link. Remember the file is in a zipped folder (.zip) You gonna have to unzip/extract it once you have saved it to your computer. Also note that the download link has a validity of 48 hours (2 days) from the time you receive it.

I never received any email.
The server system may be down. So please check your email inbox. If not, check your junk or bulk or spam folder. You should receive the email within 24 hours.

How much do you charge for each template?
This depends on how much work I put in and how long I have completed the layout codings. I usually charge in a range of $5-$20 (US Dollars).

Did you draw the images by yourself?
Yes. Most of them are hand drawn and illustrated. And the others are photos taken by me.

Can I get a discount?
Sorry. The price are all fixed for each template. You gonna have to wait for a promotional offer or sale coming up soon.

Not to worry, if you have purchased PuffyLayouts template, this is already included in the package.

You can just save it by right clicking the button
--> Save Link As
for a much easier job
